Divergent Production was built to help young individuals stand out through media and events.

Divergent Production started small — just a camera, a passion for creativity, and a mission to help people look good online. We saw talented individuals and small brands struggling to show their true potential, so we began creating content, hosting events and telling stories that actually felt real.

What began as DIY shoots and community-led events has grown into a creative studio that’s hands-on, authentic and proudly independent. We don’t try to be a big agency — we focus on people. Every project, every client and every event gets our full attention.

Meet the two founders behind Divergent Production. They’re passionate, people-focused, and building a company that reflects who they are: bold, modern, and driven.

Taniesha Grant

Co founder & CEO

With over 7 years of experience in the creative industry, Taniesha brings a strong background in social media, digital design and investment-led marketing. She began her journey designing album covers, magazines and brand visuals, which later grew into managing full social media pages and building websites for clients.

Marva Aziz

Co founder & CMO

Marva holds a degree in Digital Marketing and has hands-on experience in social media for sports, giving her a strong understanding of audience engagement, brand communication and fast-paced content. She also brings technical skills in analytics, video filming and editing, helping clients understand not just what performs well — but why.
